GT Hobby Store is committed to excellence, and the full satisfaction of our customers.

We proudly offer shipping services. Be assured we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible. Please consider any holidays that might impact delivery times.

 

1. SHIPPING

All orders for our products are processed and shipped out in 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped on Sundays or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email. Pre-order items will not ship until all items in the order are available. Flat rate shipping $4.95. We offer free shipping on orders over $150 for contiguous U.S.

 

2. Pre-Order Availability Disclaimer

Pre-order items are offered based on information provided by manufacturers and suppliers. While we strive to fulfill all pre-orders as expected, availability is not guaranteed.

Due to circumstances beyond our control—including but not limited to production delays, allocation changes, shipping disruptions, or manufacturer cancellations—pre-order items may be delayed, modified, or ultimately unavailable.

In the event that a pre-order item cannot be fulfilled, customers will be notified promptly. A full refund or store credit will be issued for any unfulfilled pre-order at the customer’s discretion.

We offer two shipping methods for pre-orders, ShipCombine and ShipDirect:

🚚 ShipCombine — Ship Everything Together

Choose ShipCombine during checkout if you prefer to have your entire order shipped together. We’ll hold your items until all products in your order are available, then ship them all in one package. This is a great option if you prefer to combine shipments and save on shipping costs.

⚡ ShipDirect — Ship Each Item as Available

Choose ShipDirect during checkout if you want to receive your preorder items as soon as possible. Each item will ship individually as soon as it becomes available, so you won’t have to wait for the rest of your order. Shipping fees will be collected when each item ships.

📌 Default Shipping Behavior

For orders containing only in-stock items, all items will be shipped together by default as per usual. (ShipCombine)

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and accept the inherent uncertainties associated with pre-order products and agree that delays or cancellations may occur without liability to our store beyond the refund of the purchase amount.

ETAs are manufacturer/supplier provided timelines. Actual delivery time may vary based on availability, allocations, and logistics.

 

3. WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

It is the responsibility of the customers to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.

 

4. UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS

Orders that are returned to us as undeliverable because of incorrect shipping information might subject to a restocking fee to be determined by us.

 

5. LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES

GT Hobby Store is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report to the local authorities.

 

6. RETURN REQUEST DAYS

GT Hobby Store allows you to return its item(s) within a period of days. Kindly be advised that the item(s) should be returned unopened and unused. See details on our Return/Refund Policy.

 

7. OUT OF STOCK ITEM PROCESS

In case of out-of-stock, please sign up to receive notification if when an item becomes available. 

 

8. ACCEPTANCE

By accessing our site and placing an order you have willingly accepted the terms of this Shipping Policy.
