🛒 Orders & Payments

- What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

- Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be modified or canceled within a limited time before shipment. Contact us immediately after placing your order.

- Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details and receipt.

- Do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax is applied based on your shipping address and state regulations.

- Am I guaranteed to receive my pre-order items?
We ensure the number of pre-orders does not exceed our allocation from the manufacturer. Therefore, if you have placed a preorder, you're guaranteed to receive your items. That said, manufacturing or shipment delays which we don't control, are always possible. Rest  assured, if such things happen, you will be notified promptly.

📦 Shipping & Delivery

- How long does shipping take?
Processing typically takes 1–2 business days (or less depending on the time when the order is placed). Shipping times vary by location and carrier.

- Do you offer free shipping?
We may offer free shipping on orders over a certain amount. Check our Shipping Policy page for current promotions.

- Do you ship internationally?
No.

- How can I track my order?
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

- What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. Check out our return policies page for more information.

- Are there any non-returnable items?
Certain items such as opened kits, batteries, paint, or clearance items may be non-returnable.

- How do I start a return?
Contact us through our website with your order number and reason for return.

 

🌎 Other

- Where is your store located?
Believe it or not, we currently don't have a physical store location. It is currently online only. My wife and I started all of this solely because of our love of Gunpla/Gundam and cars. We certainly hope to have our own store front one day! Subscribe to our email list so you and us can be on this journey together!
